General note: TORX PLUS®-tools are superior to TORX®-tools in the transmission of torque due to their significantly increased contact surfaces in the screw. The TORX® system and the TORX PLUS® system are only unilaterally compatible: With the conventional TORX®tool, it is possible to (limitedly) also operate TORX PLUS® screws. However, the use of TORX PLUS® tools in a TORX® profile is not possible.
Application: Especially suitable for screwing into metal and sheet metal.
