Description
Premium FireStop Silicone:
- single-component, neutral-curing silicone sealant with increased fire-proofness for filling joints exposed to fire
- specially designed for weather sealing of expansion joints where a fire resistance is required
- adheres well to wide range of porous and non-porous substrates such as glass, bricks, ceramics, enamel, glazed stones and clinker, metals etc.
- non-sagging, does not spread in the joint
- remains elasticity at temperatures between -40°C to +150°C
- UV and weather proof
- usage temperature +5°C to +40°C (can temperature during usage +20°C to +25°C)
- skin formating time 20 min, curing time 2-3 mm/24 h
- content 310 ml
The material meets following requirements:
- tested according to EN:1366-4 ”Fire resistance test for service installations. Linear joint seals” (Equivalent to BS 476, Part 20)
- sealant for facade for interior and exterior application, intended for use in cold climate. EN 15651-1:2012: Type F-EXT-INT-CC: CLASS 25HM
